RapidResident — Train sharp

1. Subscription

RapidResident Plus is a monthly subscription service at €9,99/month including 21% VAT (€8,26 ex. VAT). The subscription period runs from the date of purchase to the same date the following month (e.g., February 14 → March 14).

2. Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each month on the renewal date. Payment is processed automatically via the payment method used at checkout (SEPA Direct Debit mandate, credit card, or iDEAL-to-SEPA mandate).

You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard before the renewal date to prevent the next charge.

3. Right of withdrawal — waiver

Important notice

In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate access to RapidResident Plus and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires upon granting of that access. No refunds are provided once access has been granted.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.

5. Failed payment

If a renewal payment fails, your Plus access is revoked immediately on the due date. No grace period applies. To restore access, you must complete a new checkout. Your progress data and account are not deleted.

6. Pricing and grandfather clause

Current subscription pricing is displayed on the pricing page. We may change prices in the future.

Grandfather clause: existing subscribers at the time of a price increase will continue to pay their original subscription price as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If you cancel and re-subscribe, the current price at time of re-subscription applies.

Price changes are communicated by email with at least 30 days notice before taking effect.

7. VAT

All prices are shown including Dutch VAT (BTW) at 21%. VAT is detailed on each invoice. RapidResident is a digital services platform and is not an accredited educational institution; the reduced VAT rate for education does not apply.

8. Invoices

An invoice PDF is generated automatically for each payment and sent to your email. Invoices are also available for download from your dashboard.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
